About the Opportunities

As an apprentice with Berg Engineering, you will have the opportunity to focus on a Manual and CNC machining career pathway.

During your 4-year apprenticeship you will receive on the job training and hands-on experience whilst completing a Trade qualification. You will work closely with our qualified tradespeople who will give you the knowledge and skills required to excel in the trade of your choice. The apprenticeship will provide you with a broad exposure to industrial technologies and practices along the way.

You will obtain a trade qualification after completing the apprenticeship program. You will also have the opportunity to pursue ongoing career development and advancement opportunities with Berg Engineering

About You

The most important thing you will bring to this role is an excitement to learn and build your career. You will also need the ability to communicate clearly and work as part of our supportive team. 

 You will have obtained your School Certificate (or equivalent) and have passed Science, Maths, and English (grade 10 or higher).

You will need your own transport, and the ability to work across rotating shifts.

 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th-year apprentices, as well as Adult apprentices, are encouraged to apply.
